Nutrient Management Specialists Listing

The Nutrient Management Certification Program maintains a comprehensive list of commercial specialists who have met the certification requirements to develop Act 38 nutrient management plans.  The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture provides this list as an information resource.  The Department makes no recommendation of any specific specialist.  It is the farm operator’s responsibility to determine a specialist’s experience, work ethic, integrity and the cost of plan development before selecting a plan writer.
